According to the database of journals citation reports of SCI by 2005-2007, this paper investigated the quantitative indicators of Chinese scientific journals cited by SCI, including cited frequency, impact factor, journal ranking, cited half-life and citations by Chinese databases CSCD and CSTPCD, etc.The results showed that most indictors go up continuously, with the growth rate being speedier than that of the developed countries in Europe America and Japan. However, there was still some ways to go in the average value of key indications for China.Furthermore, there were very small inclusions, non-obvious admittance of the best candidates based on cited frequency and impact factor, and unbalanced distribution of subjects for Chinese SCI-tech journals.Statistical analysis offered reference to the researchers to realize the current situation and development countermeasure of Chinese SCI-tech journals.
