The service system construction of the public library is the organic part of the public cultural service system.To establish the public library service system is the realistic request for the ages develop,as well as the objective demand to raise the public library ability of the cultural service.We should promote the culture develop and prosper greatly,strengthen the construction,establish a public library service system with the sound network,the perfect function,and the superior quality.The service system mainly includes the construction system of the cultural heritage resources,facilities system and service supply system etc.Put forth effort to resolve the problems,such as the library network construction,the important engineering of the library battlefield and reader activities etc.,start to build up a public library service system,satisfy all kinds of residents to enjoy the cultural need.
