This article summerized up the traditional system of library services on the basis of the establishment of the service concept,the integration of knowledge resources,innovation and service delivery model and update the organizational structure,in order to build a subject librarian-oriented university library services system,to explore the subject librarian-oriented service system of long-term mechanism.
