This article discussed evaluation method about traditional journal.But the evaluation of electronic scientific journal is differenct from traditional journal.This paper gave a quantitative evaluation method——grey clustering analysis method for electronic scientific journal.This method can take many factors into account and classification to electronic scientific journal,it can be used to select subscribing,using and evaluation for electronic journal.
