The current research of classification of most text focused on large-scale corpus on the basis of choice of the characteristics or classification algorithm.This article is built on less training samples with short length,according to the human brain’s understanding of the psychology principle of natural language"People always make a judgment according to the most familiar,the most typical example.They only use the concept of frequency when this method is not effective.It is also a very simple freguency."We do research from this perspective of the short text classification.We establish a special vocabulary and a typical vocabulary based on"familiar principle","typical principle"which are known in psychology.We improve the experimental steps of the traditional classification of the text and mention the advantages and limitations of this method.

Talking about the tacit knowledge sharing along IC route among university campus,its work frame includes interrelated four parts:entity layer,dummy layer,supervise layer and IC group.Its logic frame of performance evaluation includes four elements:"one target,two traits,three principles,four index",and by this way,the Three Layers Index System was designed.

This paper offers a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the subject librarian’s service quality,which combines the subjective weight with the objective weight.The subjective weight is computed by use of the analytical hierarchy process with a 0.618 scaling,which overcomes the shortcoming from the conventional scaling.The objective weight is based on the entropy weight,which makes the evaluation more objective.From the improved evaluation index system and a special example,the paper shows how the method is used.

This article stated a library website evaluation model which was based on Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process.With Hanshan normal university library website as an actual example for evaluation,this article also made a reverse reasoning to get the factors which should be improved by the party being evalatuated.As a result,this example has validated the rationality and validity of the measurement mentioned as above.

In this paper,a 5S model of digital libraries described by 5SL based on ontology was given.A hierarchical model of digital libraries based on ontology with four layers,i.e.,resource layer,metadata layer,ontology layer and interoperation layer was proposed and the function of each layer was elaborated.Then classes and their relationships in each layer were described by abstract syntax of OWL.Finally,semantic interoperation of digital libraries achieved by Semantic Web Services was also discussed.

Based on the analysis and investigation of university library website,this paper established the assessment indexes system.Analytic hierarchy procedure(AHP)was used to determine the weighing values for assessment index.Calculated the value of the weight of each index,and through the consistency examination,Made the final sequences of the importance of all indexes.The result of consistency examination showed that the AHP method made it more scientific and reasonable to determine the weighing values of assessment indexes,and it was an effective method to determine the weighing values for assessment index of university library website.
