For how to promote user using information resources effectively invested heavily in the cost of construction,this study investigates user using behavior on library website in depth.Firstly,this study analyzes the differences on user technology acceptance between library website and enterprise information system,then surveys the status quo of Nanjing University of Science and Technology library website’s resources and services,and proposes a structural model based on the survey results and theoretical analysis,finally takes the Nanjing University of Science and Technology library website to conduct an empirical study.The results show that the majority of variables proposed by the model have direct or indirect significant impact on user using the library website positively,this model would be helpful to library on accelerating user to use website effectively.

Based on the current situation of public libraries service system construction in southwest area,this paper,combined with service system and experience of public libraries at home and abroad,surveys and analyses the basic problems,qualities,service and management and then proposes the relevant problems and their countermeasures so as to provide a reference for the public libraries service system in southwest area.

This article discussed the problem of funds allocation among books,periodicals and electronic resources before procurement.From the perspective of game theory,it concluded that the model of funds allocation among these publications was in line with the model of N-person cooperative game.For the solution,it selected the shapley value method to solve the problem.And then this article set some university library as an example,solved the optimal funds allocation model according to questionnaires,finally analyzed and discussed the results,and made a conclusion.
