Abstract: The co-ordination of the Supply chain needs to the full share of information between enterprises. This paper discusses the value of the supply chain information sharing，which analyses the information sharing obstacles and solutions strategy，and builds an information sharing platform of the supply chain based on multi-agent. In this platform, enterprises within the supply chain can achieve the rapid and efficient information sharing.

[Abstract] Based on online investigation of libraries’ home page, the thesis analyzes the service of subject librarian in schools of finance and economics to find bottleneck of its development. Inferior status of libraries, role of subject librarians and quality assessment are top difficulty. In order to improve and innovate on the service, feature of finance and economics is the point if these schools unite to pursue better and in-depth service of subject librarian by making standard requirement of librarians, claim of the service and logical quality evaluation.

Abstract: Combining the development of the network information technology, this article analyzes the relation of subject librarian and digital library, discusses the development direction of subject librarian in subject information service from the go-aheadism of subject librarian service and the conformity of subject resource and the dummy subject refer and the cooperation of subject librarian and the build of individual network digital library.

Active users in university BBS submit many posts and reply other posts positively. They can be classified as four types according to the number of topic posts they submit and the replies they get: leading members, powerful members, enthusiastic members and responding members. It is found that the in-degree of active users is positively correlated with their out-degree. The number of their replies is positively correlated with the number of replies that they gain. And the number of topic posts they submit is positively correlated with the number of topic posts they reply.

So, we now face an austere situation on anti-dumping occasion from other countries, and it is vital to establish an anti-dumping early warning mechanism. View of the defects of the existing anti-dumping early warning mechanism, the new mechanism is built based on the theory of competitive intelligence will be helpful to awareness, early warning and response. In the paper, a competitive intelligence anti-dumping early warning mechanism index evaluation system is put forward. The objective of the paper is to offer an academic base which can make the anti-dumping early warning mechanism become more scientific and practical. Through building the system which contains the competitive environment, competitors and competitive strategy development, the anti-dumping early warning mechanism will be more systematic and comprehensive.

Presently, there is no effective method to quantify information system developing (ISD) risks. The risks may influence ISD impact, It is imperative that enterprise management needs such methods in place to evaluate the degree of risks to the ISD impact. In this paper, we introduce Structure Equation Model (SEM) to the evaluating process, considering risks both composing and source, the evaluating model of ISD risks is then constructed and tested with case. It is found to be useful to distinguish the type of risks and provide credible evidence with making strategy for risk control.

Lastly, the author puts forward some copyright proposals about the e-book development, including: strengthening the laws and regulations about the e-book industry, improving the system of collective management of copyright, enhancing the digital rights management technology of e-books, strengthening supervision and management of the e-book industry, intensifying the propaganda about the e-book copyright protection.
