Innovation is the soul of the knowledge economy, education reform and teaching innovation is the inevitable requirement of the knowledge economy. This paper constructs "Knowledge Management Mode in Higher Education Institutions for Teaching Innovation". The Mode takes into account the overall situation of school teaching, and strengthens knowledge management, and promotes the accumulation, sharing, application and innovation of teaching knowledge resources in higher education institutions. Continuous teaching innovation is its ultimate goal. The paper proposes support measures for knowledge management in higher education institutions, such as resources, technology, mechanism, management and culture.

[Abstract] Purchase negotiation is an important way for libraries to buy electronic resources, and the negotiation between library and electronic resource suppliers is a dynamic game process. In this paper,we construct a model using research results of evolutionary game theory to observe the evolution trend of negotiation probability for coorperation. According to the model, the negotiation probability for coorperation is relative to two factors: One factor is the profit gaining for each side when they choose cooperate strategy; the other is the cost of cooperation. In this paper,some useful advices to increase the negotiation probability for cooperation are also proposed based on the model results.

With the fierce competition, information technology becomes more important in the development of private enterprises. It can improve the management of private enterprises, enhance their core competitiveness and so on. This article defines information technology on the importance of development of private enterprises, then analyzes private enterprises in the information construction in China based on the current situation, points out that the private enterprise information construction problems, and proposes strategy.

Based on regional informatization construction, which combined with the characteristics of professional personnel training of information management and information system, the quality education system for the training of applied undergraduate was bringed up, and the ability model for advanced applications of information management and systems professionals was build,and the satisfactory result was obtained in the teaching practice, and competitiveness of the students was raised.

A consensus has been formed that information technology as an indispensable tool for enhancing the efficiency and quality of knowledge work. However, knowledge workers have their own utility evaluation for kinds of information technology as for the diversity of working properties and technical composition. By the empirical research on knowledge worker’s usage of software systems and networks, this paper concluded that, a significant difference existed in the utility evaluation of information technology for different knowledge workers, and this difference is largely due to the different usage frequencies of information technology in the work process. The higher usage frequency of software systems and networks, the higher evaluation for them, and information technology is regarded as a "necessity" for knowledge work. While a lower usage frequency of software systems and networks, the evaluations for information technology are relatively conservative, and the role of information technology in support of their work is limited. The conclusion provides a reference for the focused investment, development and application of information technology for different work fields. Moreover, it also puts forward a perspective for the efficiency improvement of knowledge work.

Current digital resources storage has some shortcomings, cloud storage give new storage mode to the library. This paper put forward deficiencies of storage system, analyzes the architecture and advantage of cloud storage technology, study the application of digital resources storage based on cloud storage.

Based on Chinese Citation Database of CNKI. 31 kinds of journals of library and information were selected as the object of study. Using social network analysis software SPSS, Ucinet and Pajek, the journal co-citation were analyzed with cluster, MDS, Core-Periphery model and visualization method. The results show that journals can be roughly classified as four categories. Research contents of different category have different emphases. The network can be divided into the ground at the core of 17 journals and 14 journals at the edge of the structure. Social network analysis map was visualized.
