This paper uses Informetrics tools to analyze the research papers of Chinese Journal of Polar Research in CQVIP, and displays the domestic research focus and the network of authors by the visual mapping knowledge domains. The research focus of Polar Research includes South Pole, North Pole, sea ice, etc. And this study finds that the collaboration in polar research is familiar.

This paper points four hot issues：model and framework, factors, effects and information technology support of knowledge transfer and knowledge sharing considering the supply chain structure based on the review of the researches. It points out that the supply chain structure characteristics of partner and measurement of knowledge sharing in network structure supply chain are neglected. Based on the review, the paper proposes some limitations and specifies the further directions.

The author takes some famous university libraries as examples, and analyses the development situation and characteristics according to the China Academic Library & Information System, the database development of key discipline, and subject librarians. With the measuring analysis of the theses on behavioral economics published on magazines of economic management of CSSCI in the past ten years, this thesis comprehensively represents home scholars’ achievements’ distributions of time, magazines, authors, institutions and key word frequency. Furthermore, the thesis analyses the documents written in collaboration with authors or institutions, makes a summary of publishing rules in the field of behavioral economics, and offer some suggestions to further development of behavioral economics.

By the bibliometric analysis approach, this study investigates elaborately the literatures on mobile government indexed by science literatures network general database in CNKI during 2003-2010 from such five aspects as publishing time, author characteristics, source journals,contents, and cited numbers and find the development procedure and primary characteristics of these research on mobile government in China. Accordingly, some suggestions are brought forward to improve the research on mobile government.

Abstract：Based on data source of the China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database , By using the method of word occurrence frequency statistics and co-word analysis visualization technology, the paper analyzes the keywords of the field of library management in Chinese periodicals during 2001- 2010. the result is summarizing the research focus and the development trend of the field of library management to some extent, the purpose is to provide decision and reference information for research and academic planning project of the field of library management.

The number of enterprise WebPages and links can be used as a measure of the strength of enterprise virtual social capital. Virtual social capital have the greater the intensity, enterprise websites have greater the influence in cyberspace. The position of enterprises in virtual social network will help improve the status of enterprises’ competitiveness and competitive position in the real world. As the samples from the Chinese chain enterprises, it is shown that business income is positive correlation between the numbers of webpage, total links and external links. The increase of webpage and richness of content can promote the enterprise development and competitiveness. In addition, the relativity between to the category links (the contents of different virtual social relations) and business income is a reference to the formulation of enterprise social virtual relationship in the competitive intelligence.

The personalized recommendation is one of fundamental modes in library personalization information services. On the base of traditional recommendation algorithm, this article proposes one kind personalized books recommendation method based on the SOM clustering. This method analyses reader's borrowing information combining with Chinese Library Classification, and cluster the borrowing documents using the SOM network. Adjusts the information service patterns of the library using the personalized recommendation technology, and pushes the most close information to the reader, thus enhances the utilizing rate of the library collection resources and library’s service quality.
