In this article, the concept, method and failure show of two kinds of information resource allocation models such as market model and government model are discussed. With the actual requirements of scientist workers,in this text we firstly design a data analysis process for periodical literature and determine the three-tier architecture of periodical literature data warehouse based on the understanding and analysis of periodical literature.Then we construct a tree-level model of date warehouse by three dimensional modeling technology. Finally,we implement a prototype system of periodical periodical literature data warehouse based on SQL Server 2008 platform, making OLAP operations towards the periodical literature data warehouse and have achieved good results.

Abstract: The article, using the most notable visualizing software Citespace II, made a quantitative and visualized analysis of the academic literature from SCI and SSCI published between 1988 and 2010 and downloaded from publically accessed resources. Based on the analyses, it described a web atlas of co-references, analyzed the literature on the key nodes and explored the epistemological foundation of researches based on the publically accessed information. The author depicted the pattern of change in hot spots of research and the status quo of public acquisition of information in some countries and research institutions.
