With the rapid growth of online transactions,the problem of e-business dishonesty becomes increasing apparently.Based on the systematic analysis in the status of online transaction dishonesty,this paper pointed out the root of the problem as,firstly the transaction information between the vendor and buyer is asymmetric,secondly there are some blind spots of regulation legal,and finally,the credit constraint is failure in this area.And then it suggests the mechanisms which can improve the vendor's integrity in online transaction,such as the real-name registration mechanism,the use of information technology to build electronic supervision system,and also the integrity legislation in electronic commerce.

The cognitive science is the comprehensive discipline which cross-developeds on the basis of modern psychology,artificial intelligence,neuroscience,linguistics,anthropology,natural philosophy and other disciplines.According to the method of scientometrics and visualization technology,cognitive science development history will be divded into the the embryonic period,the birth of the early and rapid growth,and through analysis of the disciplinary structure in various stages,important works and important figures,and from evolution and development of cognitive science in the unique perspective,cognitive science will be provided a novel perspective to understand and master the law of development and its relationship with related disciplines.

With GIS software as research tool and with the published articles as samples,this paper designed the bellowed-mentioned three years' knowledge maps of three main research directions in knowledge management field,2000,2006 and 2010.By contrasting and analyzing these knowledge maps,the paper drew the three conclusions:different researchers focused on different research directions in knowledge management field;there are the concentrations of hot issue in the same research directions;and there are the intensions of relationships in the different research directions.

Can Internet application and development really threaten university-library survival?Taking the core competence theory as theory base,this paper studied this question.The research showed that Internet's application has changed university-library environment and transformed university-library core competence from literature-organizing view to knowledge-serving view which manifests subject librarian's subject serviceability.So long as university-library adapts the library environment change and cultivates it's core competence,it is impossible that university-library will be eliminated by Internet.

The patent subsidy policy is an important government measure to encourage self-innovation and promote the industry development with public finance.The paper collected the data of 30 provinces in China in 2007 and applied the grey correlation analysis to make quantitative analysis on the functions of patent subsidy policy.The outcome showed that patent subsidy policy has significant effects on the R&D incentive,social civilization level,the number of patent applications and patent quality.On the basis of the outcome the advice was put forward.

Tag,as a form of Folksonomy,can not only be used as a tool to build a controlled vocabulary but also represent the tagger's personality.With the intensifying demands of personalized service called by Web users,personalization has been the hot spot of nowadays research.And building user profile with ontology has been the main method in the certain field.This paper has concentrated on making use of tagger's tag to build a personal ontology with the help of WordNet,which is a Web controlled vocabulary.And the purpose of this paper was to propose a new method for personalized service in the Web.

This paper empirically investigated co-authorship network among scholars in LIS institution based on social network analysis from the three angles of centrality analysis,subgroup analysis and visualization analysis by a case of School of Information Management of Wuhan University.Through the empirical result,it discovered the key authors,several subgroups in the network and indicated the characteristic of co-authorship network among scholars in the LIS institution.

RDA is the new cataloging standard.Though RDA has strong links to AACR2,it is quite different.RDA is based on a theoretical framework,it is designed for the digital environment,and it has a broader scope than AACR2.June 2010,RDA Toolkit was published,it means stand of resource description and access has been released after prepared for years.This paper analyzed the content and structure of RDA Toolkit,and indicated the trend of resource description and access.

This paper analysed and classified the Academic Books that were supported by the Publishing Funding of National Science and Technology according to data in recent ten years(2001-2010).The statistics and analysis were conducted from the following aspects,such as the scientific areas of these books classifed by the disciplines of National Natural Science Foundation of China and the national standard of Classifications and Codes of Disciplines,the publishing companies,the authors' affiliations and units.Also,the statistics of the ratio of the book number written in English and Chinese,the location distribution of presses and authors as well as the outstanding presses and authors were conducted.Meanwhile,an outlook of the development of science and technology was studied based on these books.The analysis results showed that the development of various branches of science and technology and the different provinces in China are very unbalanced.The research conclusions in the paper can also be a good reference for the planning of the Publishing Funding of National Science and Technology in the future and for the authors who want to apply the funding late.

The article explored the papers in the domain of Chinese litigation law published by CSSCI during 1998-2007 by using citation analysis and visualization technics.The results of author co-cited analysis showed that,Chen Guang-zhong,Chen Rui-hua,Jiang Wei,Zhang Wei-ping,Wang Ya-xin,Fan Chong-yi,Long Zong-zhi,Song Ying-hui,He Jia-hong,Chen Wei-dong,Zuo Wei-min,etc.were the core persons in this area.The results of reference co-cited analysis showed that,most of the highly cited references were books.The results of co-word analysis showed that,except for the words of criminal litigation and civil litigation,burden of proof,litigation procedure,human rights protection,certificating standard,common weal litigation,burden of proof,etc,were the highlights of this research area.To improve the quality of articles in the area,this article proposed that researchers should increase the citation ratio of journal papers.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of the reference cited by Researchers in the field of medicine,to understand what percentage of TMMU Libraries' collections for those references,and to organize a foreign core list of journals.References cited by TMMU researchers' papers at SCOPUS Database from 2006 to 2010 were selected as samples for this study.The methodology of citation analysis and the approach of citation checking were adopted in this study.
