In order to explore the competition status of international patent on ocean tidal energy and provide decision support for R&D and management in China tidal energy field,917 patent samples on ocean tidal energy was retrieved from the internative patent database.The patent filing trend,national distribution,patent applicant,technology filed were analyzed by the way of quantitative and qualitative analysis.Conclutions:Tidal current energy is the future trend,US and British are the technology leaders.

357 China patent samples of tidal energy from the China patents database were analyzed by the way of quantitative and qualitative analysis.The patent filing trend,provincial and national distribution,the type of patent applications,legal status,technology filed were analyzed to explore the competition status of Chinese tidal energy filed.Conclusion:Chinese major tidal energy patent applicants are individuals,universities and research institutes.Main IPC of tidal energy is F03B13.Britain and US have been had some patent applications in China.Finally,some development proposals were put forward.

In order to find out the status of the layout of international patents on ocean wave energy,through summarizing and analyzing the original patent documents,the profile of international patents on ocean wave energy is analyzed from aspects of trends of application and disclosure,patent distribution,major patente and technology field.The results of patent analysis show the technology leading countries,focus of the company and its technology.Patent analysis results are hoped to be useful to our ocean wave energy research and development institutions,and to inspire our businesses.

The profile of China patents on ocean wave energy is analyzed from aspects of patent type,technology field,patent distribution and major patentee,and as the results of patent analysis we make recommendations on China ocean wave energy technology R & D and industrial development.The results of patent analysis show that an initial accumulation of patents on ocean wave energy has been made by domestic patentees,and the number of patent applications is on a sustained growth.But China patents on ocean wave energy are mainly from individual applications.In addition,the universities and research institutes are conducting research in the field of technology.Yet the enterprises involved in the research and development are too few.Our government should have the corresponding policy support,further increase investment in ocean wave energy key technologies,and encourage more enterprises to enter this field.

This paper analyzed the international patents comprehensively for the conditions and competitive situation of offshore wind power technology through patented mapping by the tool of Innography ^® system,gained the objective conclusions after an analysis of data drawn,and gave the suggestions for the relevant enterprises in China for the R & D and innovation.

Metrological analysis of ophthalmology literature to determine the increasing law and development trend of the literature.Log in www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/PubMed and use"ophthalmology"to retrieval"from 1857/01/01 to 2010/12/31"literature volume,meanwhile retrieval a database in literature volume(amount of every five years for a time period),language distribution,chinese collected,document type distribution,journal distribution,related research content and so on,according to the theory of increasing law of the literature,analyses the data which was retrievaled.From 1857 to 2010,PubMed database included 111993 articles of ophthalmology literature,all the cumulative literature volume increasing year after year,the approximate linear equation(Y=3318.7X-7312,R²=0.8791).1857-2010 ophthalmology literature was dominated in English,followed by Japanese,Chinese,German,literature volume published in Chinese was ranked in the three(2.10%),platoon PubMed included Chinese and beginning in 1971,1991 years later increased dramatically.According to the database literature PubMed types,including Clinical Trial 6259 articles, Editorial 1279 articles,Letter 2552 articles,Meta-Analysis 133 articles,Practice Guideline 67 articles,Randomized Controlled Trial 3644 articles,Review 8202 articles;ophthalmology literature included according to Journal Groups are divided into clinical Core Journals 10912 articles,Dental Journals 142 articles,Nuring Journals 572 articles;84732 article was related with Humans,Animals related literatures 20449 articles.PubMed core journal in 23 kinds of ophthalmology included 54155 articles.The amount of research articles about ophthalmology shows ascendant trend,indicate that glaucoma is still a hot tissue,the influence of the main factors to ophthalmology literature growth is the subject development in the environmental conditions.
