With analysis related literatures about information behavior published on ELSEVIER database of Western Electronic Library on China National Acknowledge Infrastructure, it found that several information behavior models did not get the attention of Chinese scholars.Five models were introduced and compared;it provided some references for future research and application.

The problem of subject classification on network public opinion in public safety was addressed in this paper.Subject classification need to solve five issues.Firstly, a classification system was established on network public opinion in public safety.Secondly, methods of document feature extraction and selection were introduced.Thirdly, the vector space model was analyzed.Then, Two kinds of classification algorithms, KNN and SVM were implemented.Finally, the result of experiments were proposed.
