Crisis events' information dissemination is a key issue in the emergency management.This paper used social network methods to study the dissemination of the crisis information on the Internet.First,this paper proposed a research framework of crisis information dissemination based on social network.The framework took the information dissemination groups as the main object of study.The subject,channels,behavior and influence factor of crisis information dissemination were integrated into this framework.And then,the research steps,contents and methods of this research framework were described in detail.This framework hads an important role in the study of crisis information dissemination,and could improve the emergency response capability of the government as well.
