To solve the problem of unbalancing resource load status of virtual machine cluster in cloud data center for digital library in computing,this paper proposed a resource scheduling scheme of virtual machine cluster for digital library under cloud computing environment based on the load balancing.This scheme could reduce the number of virtual machine migration and improve the quality of service of digital library under cloud computing environment.

Appraisal systems play an important role in the development of ICT in education.Most systems,however,fail to inform the agents of their current stage of ICT development and offer reasonable solutions.This weakness could be overcome by introducing the theory of stages in ICT into the appraisal system.The paper first summarized the current appraisal systems and then introduced the three influential models of theory of stages in ICT.At the end,through illustrating the UNESCO indicator system of ICT in education,the paper discussed some issues in applying the theory of stages into the appraisal system.

For the accuracy problem of the information system security risk assessment,proposed an information system security risk assessment method combined with entropy theory and fuzzy set theory.This paper analyzed the risk factors involved in information systems through the fuzzy set theory,constructed the membership matrix of factors corresponding to the judge set,and then used entropy weight coefficient method to determine the risk factors weight in order to reduce the subjective bias and output the information system security risk rating.By case analysis to prove that this method can more accurately quantify the assessment of information systems risk,was an effective and feasible method of assessment.

Giving a brief overview of the enneagram theory,and taking some university library for example,the library librarian is divided into nine personality types basing on the enneagram theory.The author constructs a research model about the multidimensional individual characteristics and job performance,which studies the relationship between the individual differences and work performance composed of various dimensions from the perspective of the enneagram theory.The results of the study show that there is a clear correlation relationship between the personality and job performance based on the enneagram theory,and further define the relationship by a specific form of expression.However,the demographic characteristics are the key factors that can not be ignored from the expression above.The author eventually introduces the demographic characteristics and corrects the equation.And the result is satisfacting.

The similarity calculation is an important part in the field of automatic question answering.In order to ensure the candidate answers can have a reasonable sort,solve the traditional automatic answering system is not efficient evaluation of similarity problem,comprehensive index method is proposed to carry out a comprehensive evaluation Keywords similarity and semantic similarity,the result is integrated similarity.Against part of the candidate answers have too many redundant information and not conducive to the answer extraction,designed attenuation similarity parameters,used to address the impact of the sentence redundant information extracted from the answers.Experimental results show that composite index method of similarity algorithm can effectively improve the accuracy rate of the questions and answers.
