In recent years, the frequency of occurrence of group incident rises, its scale enlarges and the degree of conflict increase.It affects the construction of socialism harmo-nious society seriously.Doing scientific prevention work timely, improving the ability to respond to group events is a new subject which the government departments face.From the perspective of public opinion, based on the interactive relationship between public opinion and mass incidents, the paper analysed the causes prevention mechanism and disposal of group events, to help reduce the occurrence of group events, to maintain the social stability.

Mass incidents information spread on the Internet in a relatively short time for the rapid development of network, some of the negative or false information has brought great influence to the mass incidents and seriously hinder the government's handling of the event.In the point of view that the spread of mass incidents in the network has its own rule and characteristics, this article used 19 mass incidents-based network public opinions happened in recent years to analyse the propagation rule of mass incidents-based network public opinion, and put forward some related countermeasures, to provide a reference for the government to deal with the similar events.

The key to realize the personalized information pushing service in library is the construction of book recommendation algorithm based on distributed platform and vast book circulation data.The preference values were obtained through the statistical computations of circulation frequency and duration.The effectiveness of recommendation was tested with Mahout Recommender on books under the psudo-distributed single-node mode and complete-distributed MapReduce algorithm frame.The result shows that it is a feasible method to realize the automatic personalized book pushing service, as increasing the DataNode number and optimizing the BlockSize in MapReduce algorithm can shorten the time of computation significantly.

Based on the social exchange theory, motivation crowding theory and information asymmetry theory, this study took experience goods as an example and attempted to develop a theoretical model to identify the possible factors that affect the intention of consumer participation in online reviews.With 203 and 202 valid questionnaires on B2C and C2C collected, the paper conducted confirmatory analysis of the theoretical models in these two types by constructing Structural Equation Model, and then discussed the differences between them.The results of the analysis revealed that the enjoyment in helping other consumers and the service of e-commerce websites are positively related to the intention of consumers to participate in the online product reviews on experience goods, while the enjoyment in influencing the company, self-enhancement, economic reward, cognitive cost and executional cost have nothing to do with it.This study also indicated that the positive relationship between the enjoyment in helping other consumers and the intention to participate in online reviews would be stronger in C2C, while the positive relationship between the service of e-commerce websites and the intention to participate in online reviews will be stronger in B2C.
