In the perspective of knowledge management,this paper expounded the features of literature information and users' new demand for literature retrieval in E times,and taking the knowledge integration instead of literature accumulation as the base point,the system integration of the knowledge link as the path,and the improvement of the quality of the retrieval and knowledge re-application as the goal,probed into the paths for the integration of knowledge units and the link of knowledge clusters,studied the problems of how the literature service departments to adapt to users' needs,gave full play to the management ability,research ability and innovation ability of retrieval staffs,and realized the transformation from the information to the knowledge and further to the wisdom,improved the added value of literature service,and significantly enhanced users' ability of knowledge application and innovation through deeply mining of literature information resources.
