This paper illustrated the library cloud computing requirements from 3 respects included mass data processing,high concurrent access and diversification of competition.The infrastructure,capital investment,technology talents and user access conditions were studied with the method of statistical analysis.Using the method of contrast cloud computing solutions can be divided into commercial and open source cloud.It put forward 3 kinds of typical solutions included server consolidation based on Eucalyptus,a high-performance web site based on MongoDB and the personalized recommendation system based on Hadoop.The efficiency of cloud computing in library was evaluated from three angles included initial investment,OPEX and expansion capability.

In the information age,the blind information acquisition has many problems,but also aroused the concern of the society.This paper analyzed China's current situation and information needs of the blind,the blind information acquisition obstacles and problems,and aimed at these problems,some suggestions and measures are proposed,in order to provide ideas to solve the problem of blind information acquisition.

Based on 1735 papers of library tacit knowledge in CNKI published between 1999 and 2013,this paper used knowledge visualization software──Citespace Ⅲ.The representative authors and core institutions in the field were revealed through the analysis of knowledge maps of paper authors and research institutions.The research hotspots and frontiers were also analyzed by keyword cluster and burst terms detect.Thus revealed the research status and development trend of the field in a visual way.

The purpose of the study was to improve the service quality of Science and Technology Museum open free,as well as the visitors' satisfaction and trust.Based on the concept definition and literature review,this study built a visitors' satisfaction evaluation index system,which was suitable for Science and Technology Museum open free.Then this study conducted an empirical study on seven science and technology museums opening free.Through factor analysis,the study obtained the evaluation system's weight of index and the score calculation of visitors' satisfaction.The study found that the service conditions and contents of science and technology museums open free are the core factors to improve the visitors' satisfaction.

This paper analyzes the co-occurrence of high frequency words in the documents about library collection evaluation in China based on co-word analysis from three historical periods:the eighties and nineties of last century,the early ten years of this century,recent three years.The informetrics and visualization software of Bicomb and SPSS are used to draw the maps of research focuses on library collection evaluation in China,and visualize the analysis results.These analyses can provide a guide for the discovery of research focuses on different historical stages of China,and can direct the further study on library collection evaluation.

Platform internet retailing has been becoming the main form of online retailing.An empirical study of factors influencing consumer satisfaction was conducted by using the questionnaire survey method.The results indicated that in the setting of platform online retail,consumer satisfaction was positively and significantly affected by product quality and price,but not by website design,information quality,order fulfillment,and consumer service quality.So platform online retailers should reasonably allocate marketing resources accordingly,and pay attention to improve customer satisfaction by controlling product quality and enhance price advantage of product.

Building teaching team of higher education is the key construction projects of the Higher Education Quality Engineering,so the efficiency of knowledge transfer between team members directly affect the level of play of the teaching team.To this end,the main factors that affect the transfer of knowledge of teaching team were researched,a knowledge transfer model for university teaching team for teachers was built to enhance teaching collaboration,communication channels,and ultimately the quality of university teaching team was enhanced.

This paper analyzed the hotspots of mobile library in China by co-words analysis method,basing on the papers in CNKI database.It extracted high frequency keywords and established high frequency keywords co-words matrix by Bicomb.Then it made factor analysis,cluster analysis and ALSCAL analysis with the help of SPSS19.0.In the final,it found that mobile library research in China focused on five aspects,as mobile library service mode,mobile technology application in library,mobile library system design and implementation,mobile library present status and development trend,mobile library application examples and so on.

This paper aimed at the problem about knowledge innovation how to generate from knowledge emergence.The paper applied the theory of Complex Adaptive System(CAS)and established operation mechanism models of the knowledge emergency system through analysis its complex adaptive.The operation mechanism models included two different parts that one was called the cycling model and the other was the interactive model.Cycling model simulated the process of knowledge generation that from the population of knowledge subjects to the population of knowledge compartments under the interactive environment by the increase of their fitness.Interactive model simulated the specific change process through which the fitness of the knowledge subjects increased gradually.They would contribute to knowledge subjects optimizing their knowledge management strategy according to the operation mechanism models of Knowledge Emergency System and enhance their innovation ability.This paper would provide a reference for the further research of the Knowledge Emergency System.

Based on extensive literature review of service quality,and taking the feature of the mobile information service into account,the article proposed the evaluation system of mobile information service quality,which included five dimensions(usefulness,easy use,reliability,security,responsiveness)and twenty-eight indexes.In addition,the SPSS 19.0 was applied to make reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis of survey data,and five indexes which did not meet the criterion were deleted.Finally,the evaluation system of mobile information service including twenty-three indexes was found.

As to traditional keyword-based P2P query expansion in Digital Library of user retrieval lacking of semantic information which can hardly explain the query,this paper proposed a P2P environment based on semantic node query expansion methods,through the combination of keyword association table and the ontology,to achieve a personalized query expansion methods,while the use of this extension method based on interested in network search,could greatly enhance the efficiency of P2P retrieval.

It was the study of domain ontology construction with the goal of improving knowledge representation and semantic sharing.The domain ontology of national health inspection survey,for instance,has achieved with the upper-level ontology attributes base on the general knowledge representation.With the case study of domain ontology construction,this paper elaborated the method of domain ontology construction with the"seven steps".This paper discussed the general method to structure the ontology knowledge representation with the terminology of domain-specific.This research transformed the health inspection survey information knowledge into an ontological knowledge;it supported the semantic integration research of information resources.

University Patent Technology,one of the research achievements of CEEUSRO(Cooperation Education of Enterprise,University and Scientific Research Organization),is the main source of a country's innovative technology and plays a significant role in promoting Patent Industrialization.The fact is,however,the shortage and low efficiency of Patent Technology Transfer offices have hindered the Patent Technology Transfer in domestic universities.On the other hand,faces up with the crisis of Reformation,it proves to be another problem whether university libraries are able to provide Patent Information Service for the teachers and students using their superior resources.Based on the method of bibliometrics,this thesis first conducted a quantitative analysis on relevant literature about domestic Patent Industrialization,and attempted to analyze on the main restricting factors of it.Then,as an example,Zhejiang University of Technology was examined over the possibility of university libraries providing innovative subject service——Patent Information Service for teachers and students through cooperation with OTT.

This paper analyzed on the patents of Yangze River Delta from 2003 to 2012 contrastively,through the patent application and development of patent technology.The analysis of the patent application mainly focused on number of patent application and application structure,while some indexes were used to reflect the development of patent technology,such as annual growth rate,technology growth rate,index of technology maturity,technical aging factor and coefficient of new technical features.The aim of this study was to provide some useful information to the development of Yangze River Delta.Through the study we found that Jiangsu Province keep the fastest growing in the number of the patent applications while Shanghai has the most reasonable structure.

Social Q&A (Question and Answer)is a community which combines social characteristics and high-quality knowledge services.On the basis of comparison between library's Q&A services and typical social Q&A websites,this article analyzed the advantages of subject knowledge Q&A community constructed by university libraries,and discussed the target localizations and development strategies in details.

The functions and characteristics of innography were introduced in this paper.Taking beijing university of technology as example,patent applications and innovation capacity of university could be studied through analysis of annual trend of patent application,patent technology category,patent inventor and high-strength patent,which explored the application of innography in research of university patent achievement and technological innovation.

Based on the database of Web of Science(SCI-E,SSCI,A&HCI),we collected 172 publications of eight doctorate-granting LIS schools and departments,including 329 authors and 502 person times.With methods of bibliometric and social network analysis,the total situation of authors and research cooperation,co-authorship networks and productive authors were explored based on these publications from the aspect of authors.Results showed that the number of totaled authors was relative less,with no more than one of per capita publications.The collaborative degree of authors is 2.92,and the collaborative rate of authors is 86.63%.Collaboration among authors increases over the study period.Most of these papers are completed by three or more authors' collaboration.The collaborative degree with foreign authors is about 33.14%.Collaboration with foreign authors increases over the study period.Most of the foreign authors are from countries of the United States and Great Britain.Based on co-authorship of at least two papers,we identify 20 consolidated research groups made up of 61 authors.The co-authorship networks have a low degree of clustering.The main sub-networks are made up of"supervisors and students"and authors in the same institution.Currently,no author has published more than 10 papers in eight doctorate-granting LIS schools and departments.Just a small part of authors publish more than 3 papers.

Based on the bibliometric method,this article made a statistical analysis on the papers published from 1997 to 2012 in CNKI pool of 5080 Chinese journals in the field of supply chain management research papers,and then analyzed the amount of literature in the field of distribution,core authors and core journals distribution,and high frequency keywords.Through the analysis result,this paper summed up the supply chain management in our country on a number of research results,the research topic and the research content,research institutions and districts on the characteristics,so as to provide reference for more research on supply chain management.

Anti-corruption public opinions is the new channel on which the government is focused in the process of strengthening anti-corruption.it is also a very important way for the public to supervise governmental behavior in the time of new press media.This paper made a bibliometric analysis by collecting 8929 papers concerning about anti-corruption public opinions that were openly published in CNKI online library from 1990 to 2013.The result can facilitate the understanding of the study level and developing situation on anti-corruption public opinions in China.

On the basis of data from Web of Science,the paper adopted TDA5.0 to clean them and made a quantitative analysis of them.It used the social network analysis software to draw the co-occurrence network diagrams of high-frequency keywords,combined with literature analysis to conclude five major research themes.

Based on the theories and methods of social networks analysis,using the data of SCI-E and CPCI-S,the international scientific cooperation in shale gas domain and its characteristics of network construction were discussed.35 countries having published literatures of shale gas are classified as 5 sub-networks named as type Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ,any of which has its own construction characteristics of network.This paper argued that among these countries,type Ⅰ and Ⅱ were located in the core of international cooperation network which composed the main force of shale gas research; type Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ were the periphery of that network.At last,some recommendations to China's shale gas research were put forward.
