Based on personal curriculum vitaes of Nobel laureates in physics, chemistry and physiology or medicine during last decade, this paper analyzed their characteristics, including gender structure, national distribution, age pattern. In addition, it investigated their social relationships in scientific research which might have an important impact on winning the Nobel Prize. In this research, it was found that most of the laureates are male, and only several females had won Nobel Prize in physiology or medicine. American Scientists occupied a large propotion and high-level research institution could promote the growth of scientists and technicians. The entire age of these winners was old, and in the three disciplines, the average age of chemistry winners was the oldest. Social relationships in research had a positive effect on the growth of young scholars. In the end, some suggestions had been proposed to contribute to developing international talents for our own country.

By collecting, organizing and analyzing the research achievements of 52 Nobel laureates in physics from 1994 to 2013, the paper generalized three types according to their cooperating mode and three phases according to their growth process. The paper found that the three types of cooperating teams had different changes. At last, the paper concluded that the growth of international scientists and technicians needs the experience of inter-agency cooperation, the cooperating teams' help and institutional conditions.

This study analyzes the development of cooperative organizations and personnel flow of the computer information systems research personnel in the field based on the Web of Science. The core of the author and his team data were obtained by social network analysis method. Combined with curriculum vitae, the scientific and technological personnel of research interest, the nature of the state evolution, institutions, by time and its subordinate university professor and a series of individual characteristics were indentified. Meanwhile, the team formation mechanism and evolution process were also deeply analyzed. Results showed that the research topics between domestic and foreign was different, and domestic excellent brain drain was serious, and scientific and technological personnel was given priority to with scientific research team, team internal contact more closely, the connection between the team relatively loose. And group internal mechanism mainly aggregated into group organization and interests together.

This paper took the selected of"The Recruitment Program of Global Experts"for example, in respective of qualified scientists and technicians' age, disciplines, countries and schools, mobility, present areas and jobs, using CV method to analyze the international qualified scientists and technicians' law of return. The result showed that most of returned overseas science-technology talents had long scholar careers and rich overseas experience; The returned qualified scientists and technicians mainly major in natural science and engineering; they returned from a lot of countries; most of them had job mobility for many times before returning home; they mainly flow to Beijing and eastern coastal areas like Shanghai; most of them had several job titles in different colleges. And practical suggestions aimed at the problems of qualified scientists and technicians' return were put up to improve our recruitment program of qualified scientists and technicians.

Combined with ASCI, it built worker network behavior model and takes empirical investigation, used spss19. 0 software to analyses impact on network behavior with four dimensions factor including platform, application, environment, partnership. Finally, it put forward suggestions to optimize workers network behavior with improving employee network information literacy, improving platform operational level, expanding application breadth and depth, creating a harmonious network environment, promoting partnership quantity and quality.

The Schumpeter's academic thought with the core of innovation theory has produced significant influence in management, economics, etc. Combined with the co-citation network knowledge maps and the analysis on original documents, the path of Schumpeter's academic thought influence was sorted out via the methods of bibliometric and information visualization. Influences of his academic thought are divided into three stages:the fields of reconstruction, economic behavior, industrial manufacturing, et al; reforms of industrial structure and system refer to his theories in significant measure; the studies of regional industry cluster and technological innovation network based on innovational competitions between enterprises since 2000. To sum up, the path of Schumpeter's academic thought influence ranges from basic constructions to reform of system and industry. Each stage is a substantial leaping forward and a necessary condition for the creation of his theory in next stage.

This paper introduced the state-of-art and practices of personal health information management in USA, Canada, Australia and UK, and on the basis of the research on personal health information management in and abroad, analysed the problem in the process of personal health information management in China. According to the state of our country, examined some countermeasures to personal health information management.

The paper briefly generalized the research status of social network in the field of link analysis first, and then selected the best 30 universities in 2003 from Times rankings. According to the number of links to each other among the 30 university websites, a multivalued directed network was built and analysed by Ucinet. The SNA indexes got from Ucinet and distance transformed from the number of links have correlation analysis with the ranking, total score and all the first grade indexes' scores of university, which drew a conclusion that the distance indexes S and SI of the university websites had negative correlations with the paper cited index of university.

A calculation method of document relevancy based on ontology term relations is putted forward, which uses tree-like ontological structure to calculate the related relationship between terms, obtains the ontology relationships between two groups of words through the ontology correlation degree of terms, finally merges the weight of indexed words to compute the relevancy of two documents. This method merges semantic information to traditional vector space model from ontology, improving the accuracy of document relevancy. The paper adopt computer domain ontology as experimental data, experimental results testify the rationality and effectiveness of the new method.

The concept of"Tie"is the core of Social Network Analysis, and its measurement is based on Granovetter's theory"The Strength of Weak Ties". With the rapid growth of online social networks, it is necessary to refine the types of online relations. The paper aimed to improve the static, two-dimensional structures by means of reconstructing the three-dimensional tie strengths model, which was constructed by three dimensions:the psychological dimension, the structural dimension and the tool dimension. An online measurement model was demonstrated by empirical research, results show that tie can be modeled as a continuous value of [0, 1] by the measurement of interactive behavior of online network users. Compared with the strong and weak tie strength model, three-Dimensional Tie Strengths Model enjoys more advantages in refining social media design elements, as well as plays a theoretical guide role in following aspects, such as:SNS function design, privacy controls, friend introduction and information prioritization.

By setting the indicators reveal the main factors which influencing the university public opinion strength, this paper analysed the connection and attribution between the indicators, constructed the university public opinion strength evaluation index system, through the analytic hierarchy process and experts judgment method to weight the indicators. The suggestions on how to response to public opinion were given, in order to play the role of the system of the early warning, advice and statistical functions.

With the coming of knowledge-based economy, patent, as an important part of intangible assets, gains highly much attentions from academia and industries. For recent years, more and more scholars have attached great importances to the analysis of patent value in patent trading, the one gradually become the core issue of technology trading market. Using the statistical data and the statistics of CNKI and SCI, this paper makes a metrological analysis on the papers on patent value which have been published from 1993 to 2014. The study tells us that recent research on patent value is mainly focused on three aspects, respectively the influence factors of the patent value, evaluation method of patent value and the construction of patent evaluation system. The paper hints that the future hot topics in the study of patent value lies in the innovation on the patent value analysis method, especially in combination with the analysis of the data mining algorithm.

The paper started the research of competitive advantage of e-commerce websites from studying customer value. It explored their relationship and tried to find out main influencing factors of competitive advantage through empirical investigation of online shopping users and by the questionnaire survey and AMOS structural equation model(SEM). Then it argued that customer value has significant and positive influence on competitive advantage of e-commerce websites. Aiming at the personalized service request of basic rural information resources, with the powerful advantage of the cloud computing, by transmitting signals through mobile communication network and based on the college library information resources, this paper introduced a cloud computing-based village-college resource sharing application platform. To be specific, application service facing end user is separated from information resource data processing; two servers are built, viz. cloud computing center and mobile end server. All computations are completed through the two servers. The cloud computing-based village-college resource sharing mode is verified through an experiment object that is consisted of a village, a college and a cloud computing engine room.

Based on the collection of international literatures on intelligent agent from Web of Science, this paper analyzed the keywords by SPSS20. 0 with Factor Analysis and Cluster Analysis, and then explored eight research topics including semantic web service supported by ontology, key technology, management matters, artificial intelligence application, retrieval application, widespread application, system construction, realization of user personalization of intelligent agent. Meanwhile, this paper constructed the visualization map of the co-occurrence matrix of key words by social network analysis and then found core and marginal research topics with K-nuclear analysis and boundary-strength analysis to provide some reference to the future major research direction in the field of intelligent agent in China.
