Event Extraction is a process which extracts a series of events which consists of time, place and character.First, the paper summarized the literature about event extraction, and gave the main method and model of event extraction.Meantime, it analyzed the results of these methods and explore the effect and application of these methods.The result was that, the research of Event Extraction was going on, which is focused on the internet, the We-Media, and Professional documents.The internet is about Financial information, conference information, unexpected events, personal resume.The We-Media includes Microblogs and WeChat.The professional documents are about Military, law.the algorithm have SMV, CRE, ME, Pattern Match, Cluster.the number of literature using pattern matching algorithm is more, the comprehensive effect of trigger method is better than that of pattern matching algorithm, but the recall ratio of trigger method is low in areas.

Knowledge transfer has an important impact on the cultural and technological innovation alliance effectiveness and stability.This paper studied the evolution in knowledge transfer of cultural and technological innovation alliance from the perspective of conflict, constructed asymmetric evolutionary game model of knowledge transfer in cultural enterprises and technology companies and analyzed the effect of parameters variation on cultural and technological innovation alliance.The results showed that cultural conflict, knowledge conflict, knowledge transfer amount, the amount of punishment and other factors affecting cultural and technological innovation alliance knowledge transfer and dynamic evolution path in the results, and finally simulated through matlab to clear knowledge transfer strategy selection and evolutionary trend of the culture and technology companies in the case of different benefit.

The key to successful e-government is the public adoption of e-government portal website.Based on the user experience and the adoption of technology related theories, this study constructed a theory model of e-government portal website.The model was tested by sample collection.Research shows that the four dimensions of user experience:browsing experience, functional experience, interactive experience and trust experience had different degrees of affection on the public adoption.According to the empirical study, this study summarized some results and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the e-government portal website.

Personalized books recommend methods are worked by getting the user's interest features and implicit demand patterns, so as to mining users' borrowing behaviors and achieving the personalized book recommendation service by associating the user and the books.This paper built a profile of the user model with the background information, and then designed the methods of user preference, user similarity and content similarity, as well as the acquisition of label information, to tap the latent user information demand.Finally, a personalized book recommendation system for Univerity library was developed, and the experimental results with the standard network data sets showed that the proposed recommend methods are effective.

This paper made an investigation of copyright policy in the websites of 115"Project 211" university libraries, 31 provincial public libraries, 48 libraries, documental and information centers and Reference Rooms of National Science Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences.Comparing with copyright policy of libraries abroad, it found that the system of copyright policy of few libraries in Mainland China was complete, while the copyright policy of most libraries was just the announcement of electronic resources, not copyright policy in its true meaning, on the whole there existed such problems as incomplete system, unscientific architecture, incomplete content and not operability.

The evaluation of the quality of service(QoS)of the digital library has become an importance tool for evaluating, improving the performance of its service provision.Various models and frameworks have been proposed to evaluate digital library QoS.However, the present researches concentration on the dimension of users' perception.This paper addressed the same research problem from a different dimension which is from the perspective of the third-party sourced service provider.In the end, it proposed a new model suitable for evaluating the performance of digital library services.It concluded that the level of QoS provided by the third-party sourced service provider has direct impact on the perception and satisfaction of the digital service end-users.

Research sample of papers about domestic network reading and digital reading included in CNKI and CSSCI databases published from 2001 to 2014 were analyzed in aspects of the distribution of research production, the distribution of subjects, and the condition of research cooperation based on bibliometrics.The methods of social network analysis and the technology of information visualization were used to inspect research hotspots and frontiers, and to reveal the features and problems of research as well as the subject analysis of relevent papers and meeting;some suggestions were finally provided as references for domestic research plan and work development.
