The index system of innovating performance of industry-university-research collaborative knowledge innovation system was constructed,mainly including personnel dimension,fund dimension,material dimension and result dimension.The evaluation method of LWD and LOWA operator was introduced.Three phase process of evaluation on innovating performance of industry-university-research collaborative knowledge innovation system was put forward.Finally,an example was given to show that the method was practical and scientific.

Aiming at the disadvantages of the current classification organization methods of intangible cultural heritage,the paper put forward a semantic organization construction of intangible cultural heritage based on linked data.Through the construction of ontology model of intangible cultural heritage,the paper realized the semantic description of knowledge elements and associations between them.On the basis of the ontology,the integration and organization of knowledge elements and knowledge element linkings of intangible cultural heritage based on RDF model and link mechanism used by linked data came true.

Micro-blog has changed the pattern of discourse pattern and public opinion of China's society.With text analysis,correlation analysis and hierarchical regression method,1600 micro-blogs from 80 bloggers were randomly selected to verify that blogger's characteristics and content were the main factors to impact the blog's influence.Blogger's identity also played a role in regulating.According to the research conclusion,some suggestions were put forward to improve the influence of this new media for the micro-blog users and operators.

According to the relationship of data,information and intelligence in information science,this article summarized the theoretical research of transformation theory.With the development of information science subject and the data intensive development,this article structured a triangle transformation model of data,information and intelligence.Based on the original process of converting data into information,and information into intelligence,this article put forward the inversion transformation of information into data and the direct transformation of data into intelligence,then discussed about the conversion process.

With the rapid increase of Internet users,the Internet has become the main channel for users to access information.How to solve the existing problems,improve the quality of information service,has became a significant topic that the Internet information service providers concerned.This paper summarized the existing problems of Internet information service,including"the process of get information is complex,and difficult to operate","on variouslevels of information quality","the performance of the system is not stable,service quality should be improved","personalized information service is still not mature"etc..And then,combined the experience of domestic and foreign advanced information service providers,put forward some development strategies for Internet information service provider,such as"reduce the difficulty of the user get information,improve perceived ease of use","pay attention to information quality,provide users with high quality information","check and update information service system regularly,provide various service","provide specific information and services,improve perceived usefulness".

Digital libraries have been an important information service.In order to effectively evaluate digital library services,the paper constructed digital library services evaluation model based on extenics from the user perspective.Firstly,a digital library service evaluation system was constructed;then,service evaluation model was constructed using the extension theory and entropy information a digital library;finally,five universities' digital libraries were evaluated by the questionnaire.The results showed that the proposed model can effectively evaluate the digital library services.

Library digital resources with the continuous development of information technology accounted for the proportion of library resources and constantly improve,objective and effective method of evaluating digital resources of the library is an urgent need.Effective use of network within the scope of this article from the readers,through the gateway statistics method,analysis of the behavior of the readers,draw a relatively objective method for the data used in the digital resource.

Information visualization and Patent Bibliometrics for technology hot monitoring researh provided effective tools and methods.In Derwent database,this paper retrievaled all patent data of wind turbine from 1987 to 2014,based on information visualization and Patent Bibliometrics methods,used VOSviewer software tool aim to monitoring wind turbine technology hot.Research result demonstrated in technology field about hot topics were focused on automation control and management,material select and wind energy storage and conversion.From patent data mining technology hot and carding technology development context,this paper provided some value technology intelligence for related field researchers.

On the basis of Web of Science,the paper collected data on forestry GIS international publications and cleans them.It makes a quantitative analysis from publications by year,exponential growth models,and publication journals.In addition,it made an analysis of the evolution of author keywords from different time spans and high-production countries.Furthermore,it analyzed the author keywords distribution of highly-cited literatures.Then it used the social network analysis software Ucinet6.0 to draw the co-occurrence network diagrams of high-frequency keywords.By co-analysis,it could conclude some hotspots distribution of GIS forestry international research.

Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI)and Articles for the source database,statistical analysis of the literature on interdisciplinary research in domestic Library and Information Science(Library and Information Science abbreviated LIS).Based AVMS(Author-Viewpoint-Method-Subject)model to retrieve the LIS 60 literature on interdisciplinary research in visual analysis,the results showed that:LIS interdisciplinary and many more citations for the research perspective,there are many bibliometrics(article,author and citations),and other innovative interdisciplinary perspective posting;mostly citation analysis,social network analysis,co-word analysis of research methods,there are many cluster analysis,investigation,SWOT analysis and other methods;thematic studies focused on the Library and Information Science specific research topics interdisciplinary research,interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary degree measure.

The social network theory is used for analyzing the knowledge collaboration relationship among enterprises.According to social network property of Supply and Demand Network with multi-function and opening characteristics for enterprises(SDN),the relational schema of knowledge collaboration among SDN enterprises is proposed.The formation of knowledge collaboration network among SDN enterprises is analyzed.The steps of the social network analysis are given,and through a simple example,the software UCINET for analyzing networks is applied to simulate the enterprise knowledge collaborative network under SDN pattern.As a basis for judging whether the existing network patterns of SDN enterprises have limitations on knowledge communication,the key reasons to promote or hinder the knowledge collaboration management are found,so as to improve the effectiveness of knowledge collaboration management among SDN enterprises.

Currently there is limited empirical work on customers' behavior that use Yu Ebao.Based on Technology Acceptance Model(TAM)and theory of planned behavior(TPB),this paper proposes a theoretical model to explain the factors that influence customers' intention to use Yu Ebao.Then the paper tests the model by questionnaire and finally draws the conclusion.The results indicate that the intention to use Yu Ebao is positively affected mainly by perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness,perceived benefit,subjective norm,as well as perceived behavior control and is adversely affected mainly by security risk,financial risk and time risk.Social risk and psychological risk have little impact on the customers' intention to use Yu Ebao.

The online products fake reviews can not only miss the customers' shopping decision and manufacturers' salses assessing,but also disturb the opinion mining system of online commodity trading platform.Based on the research state of the online products fake reviews' governance strategies all over the world,this paper repositioned the goals of governance both in the legal supervision and detection model,and proposed that according to the different governance objects,the governance approaches of the online products fake reviews should be improved from the four aspects,which including supervising the basic elements of its forming way,weakening the contributing factors of its forming way,encouraging the normal customers to make a real and effective review and optimizing the identification accuracy of the its detection model.Meanwhile,this paper gave a detailed description about the specific implementing measures of the each governance approach and the suggestions of its optimization direction.

This study explored the effects of microblog users' loyalty.Firstly,the paper proposed a theoretical model of microblog users' loyalty based on previous related literature,which comprising of flow experience,perceived value and social influence.Then the data from 215 microblog users were collected and empirically analyzed using factor analysis and structural equation modeling method.The results indicated that perceived utilitarian value and flow experience have positive effects on users' satisfaction and loyalty.User loyalty,in term,was influenced by social influence.Finally,discussion of research findings and implications for microblog providers were provided.

The quality of the ranking algorithm significantly affects the user experience of search engines.Especially in recent years with the development of semantic search technology,the retrieval and ranking objects of search engines is not limited to documents and web pages,but also includes the entities and relationships.Based on the survey of existing research and application,it reviewed the current research of current semantic retrieval,it divided the semantic retrieval into entity ranking,relationship ranking and ontology document ranking according to the stage of sorting and elaborates the research progress of each ranking algorithm in detail.Finally,it pointed out that to combine the users' social network factors with existing ranking algorithms is one of the future trends of semantic ranking.
