From the angle of informatics, this paper analysed the current problems of government information disclosure, such as the problem of resource allocation, the problem of the public information needs' investigation, and the problems of information sharing etc. And then it explored the feasibility of the application of information niche in the government information publicity. It studied the relevant concept and calculation model of the information niche width, suitability, and overlap. Based on the study, it discussed the operation to solve some problems of government information resources with the relevant information niche theories.

In order to study the influence factors of social media information credibility in the event of an emergency, the paper based on the Yong Wen line railway traffic accident, constructed a trust model of social media information credibility in the event of an emergency, through the questionnaire survey method, application of structural equation model to analyze the data, the analysis results showed that: the source credibility, transmission channel, the information content credibility, the professional authority, the trustworthiness, Internet dependence and Information objectivity positive influence on the public trust of social media in the event of an emergency, the critics negative impact on the public emergency information credibility evaluation. Internet use and information integrity is not significant effect on emergency information credibility.

In the Age of Big Data, institutional repositories are playing a very important role in the preservation and sharing of scientific results, as well as in using network to realize its free spread. This paper was to evaluate the web impact of all the institutional repositories in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions. Not only basic indicators, but also SEO-analysis was used. According to the final result, TOPSIS Method was used to rank these institutional repositories and comparatively analyze these in the three regions of mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao, and Taiwan. In order to solve the problems existed in mainland institutional repositories, suggestions like more government intervention to change the status quo of favoring construction over maintenance, paying more attention to SEO optimization and to standardize construction to meet the international standard were proposed.

This paper built an user acceptance model of Wechat payment based on the integrated model of UTAUT and ITM which increase two factors named perceived security and perceived entertaining so that analysis main factors affecting consumer behavior of Wechat payment. The results showed that the main impacting factors affecting consumer behavior of Wechat payment which is a new methods of payment are behavioral intention, performance expectancy, perceived security, perceived entertainment, effort expectancy, initial trust and facilitating convenience in accordance with the influence of size.

This paper discussed the determinants of helpfulness of online consumer reviews from the perspective of information adoption model. By designing time window of helpful votes and building concept model of review helpfulness, the paper mainly discussed the influence of review content and reviewers' characteristics on review helpfulness. Based on 4258 hotel review data of Tripadvisor. com, the paper did empirical analysis by using negative binomial regression. The results found that review length, rating extremity, number of helpful votes, peer recognition and information disclosure have significantly positive influence on review helpfulness. The conclusions would give some important implications and suggestions for both online retailers and consumers.

This paper analyzed the periodicals in ophthalmology cited by Web of Science(WOS), conducts correlational analysis with SPSS 21. 0 between SJR, SNIP, H index based on the Scopus database and JCR impact factor. It studies the feasibility for Scopus to evaluate ophthalmology journals, and the difference for SNIP based on Scopus and JCR impact factor to evaluate ophthalmology journals. The results showed significant correlations between SJR and IF, between SNIP and IF, between H index and IF. And there are some differences in ophthalmology journals evaluation on SNIP and IF. Taking a variety of indicators combined with the method, journal evaluation results would be more comprehensive.

The word similarity algorithm is widely used in the field of natural language processing, such as information retrieval, word sense disambiguation and machine translation based on examples. The exiting semantic similarity algorithms are mainly divided into two types: semantic resource and statistic, the former algorithm calculates the similarity based on a manual semantic dictionary, and the latter finds out the word occurrence information in the context from a large corpus. This paper studied and compared two kinds of word similarity algorithm, and focused on the introduction of algorithms based on web corpus or Wikipedia, and then summarized the characteristics and deficiencies respectively. Finally, it put forward that under the influence of information technologies, the word similarity algorithms based on Wikipedia and based on hybrid technology and Linked Data driven Similarity computing had potential developing space.
