The fundamental formation cause of derived network public opinion is the problem of network public opinion information and subject alienation.According to information alienation theory,the paper summarized the general characteristics and evolution law of the derived network public opinion,through analyzing three evolution stages of network public opinion,which comprised sprout stage,diffusion stage and regressive stage.It pointed out internet rumor was typical of a comprehensive network of public opinion under the power of information alienation.And taking internet rumors governance for example,it proposed the basic elements and evolution mechanism of the internet rumors.Then,it proposed the"three in one"strategy of network rumor governance which was including subject,society,technology,in order to provide useful reference in establishing the governance system of comprehensive network of public opinion in China.

Based on e-government"micro-media"presents efficient advantages and characteristics in network anti-corruption work,the paper,selecting the typical representative of recent cases to prove it,from the microscopic point of view presented huge effectiveness of e-government"micro-media"plays in network anti-corruption,to effectively improve people's social supervision,improve the image of the party and government organs and public officers,optimization of network anti-corruption mechanism provided effective reference and decision-making basis.

On the basis of social combustion theory,this paper constructed a series of index system on impacting the generation of internet rumors.First,using AHP to reorder the weight of each index and identify critical factors in the risk assessment,then classifying these indices according to the weight by Pareto Principe.Finally,this paper offered some suggestions during different periods,so as to provide references for relevant departments to deal with internet rumors.

In view of the diffusion law of Internet public opinion,this paper researched the diffusion law of Internet news public opinion based on news report.Building Gompertz curve model about diffusion law of Internet news public opinion based on emergencies,it also researched the three particular points in time and four development stages during the diffusion of public opinion.In addition,This article determined the countermeasures for different times in particular incidents as an example,providing a reference for the relevant departments to manage network news public opinion based on emergencies.

Weibo as a new online community platform,also become the main carrier of negative information.This article constructed the negative information propagation model about"Weibo community"based on the SIR model,and using social network analysis method to analyze the Yiwu incidents,the research results showed that the network community has little key nodes and information transmission path scattered,node accepts the way of information widely,most of the node is not controlled by others,the negative information dissemination network presents loose sexual characteristics.Then the paper could use the conclusion to control the negative information.

According to the characteristics of consumer trust,the paper divided trust into cognitive trust and emotional trust,builds a theoretical model of internet rumors affect consumer trust on E-commerce platform a,hypotheses are proposed and tested by empirical investigations.The results showed content attributes,interaction and propagation medium have positive impact on cognitive trust;online environment has negative impact on emotional trust;interaction,opinion leader,propagation medium are main factors that impact emotional trust;while cognitive trust and emotional trust are critical elements that restricts usage intention.

Applying formative measurement,the paper focused on the contribution of the different quality dimensions on the website quality,and identified the differences between multinational and domestic e-Commerce companies in the influence of website quality on online purchase intention with the satisfaction as a mediator.A total of 524 questionnaires were collected from the Amazon,Jingdong Mall and Dangdang,the cross-validation analysis shows that website quality only indirectly impact on purchase intention through the satisfaction for multinational Amazon,while impact on purchase intentions significantly directly for the two domestic e-Commerce companies.In addition,a few dimensions are given to improve the website quality according to importance-performance matrix,and it put forward some strategies for each website.

Recommended method combined with social network analysis has become a hot spot.The dynamic behavior of users is unusually rich in e-commerce implied the user's relationship and with the use of the information for recommendation is a new research idea.According to this can construct a complex recessive social network by the user dynamic behavior relationship and clear relationship between users of the e-commerce and using community partition algorithm on it,the internal users are linked closely and have more similar consumption preference,and design a recommended method based on community partition.Using R language for the validation of the proposed algorithm and comparison with the traditional collaborative filtering algorithm.Experiments show that the recommendation algorithm improves the quality of the recommendation and alleviates the data sparseness and cold start problem in traditional recommendation algorithm.

This paper focused the problem that traditional clustering analysis have focused on only structured data such as microblog reading numbers and microblog comment numbers(microblog segmentation)or only microblog text.In this paper,microblog metadata are combined with microblog text to form fusion data and Kohonen Network Clustering is applied to test if fusion data clustering is better than microblog metadata clustering and than microblog text clustering.Experiments indicates that microblog metadata clustering may cause a class with large standard deviation(outlier class)and on the contrary,fusion data clustering does not.Microblog text clustering performs as well as fusion clustering.

This paper made a comparison between SVM and KNN on text classification after illustrating the procedures in text classification.The experimental results showed that the accuracy of SVM by using Polynomial kernel function is higher than that by using Radial Basis function,besides,the accuracy of the former increases when the parameter q gets bigger;the accuracy of SVM by using Polynomial kernel function is generally higher than that by using KNN;the accuracy of SVM and KNN both have higher recall of short text than long text.

A new recommendation algorithm based on cloud model and ant colony was designed to reduce the sparsity of user rating data,the efficiency and subjectivity of conventional collaborative filtering recommendation.First,users are clustered by ants clustering,then the user-item rating matrix should be filled through cloud model in advance before collaborative filtering,improving the sparsity of user rating data.The experimental results indicate that the recommendation accuracy of this algorithm is largely improved.
