From four aspects of service carrier,service process,service result and information content,this paper brought up the information service quality mode of government micro-blog.Then using the method of structural equation model(SEM),the model was tested based on an empirical research of government micro-blog"nantong city".Finally,some suggestions were given to improve the information service quality of government micro-blog based on the gap analysis model and this empirical study's results.

Using online questionnaires and network information extraction method to obtain the data of micro-blog users' offline intention and online behavior,this paper abstracted eight kinds of online behaviors and four kinds of offline intentions.It is found that the intention of the woman was higher than the man,and there was a significant negative correlation between the intention and user's age.Moreover,our research indicated that different offline intentions corresponded to different online behaviors,which could help us enhance the understanding of network activity patterns.

Based on the retrieval results of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),using the concept of Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient in economics,analyzes the supported by all kinds of fund projects in the Chinese research field of information ecology.The result shows that the support of the national level fund projects is more forceful than the support of provincial level fund projects,and the support of the fund projects in social science field is more forceful than the support of fund projects in natural science field.

Pre-warning of network public opinion for tourism emergencies under network environment,accompanied with the widespread use of Internet and mobile Internet,has become a novel social puzzle in recent years.Meanwhile,the mutual interaction of emergencies and network public opinion has increased the difficulty of crisis pre-warning,and it's imperative for the public administration to establish scientific and effective opinion pre-warning mechanism.The paper started with analyzing the demand of network opinion pre-warning in tourism emergencies,established the network opinion pre-warning mechanism which covered all the processes of tourism emergency management,and demonstrated the tactics for guaranteeing pre-warning mechanism operating efficiently from the aspects of pre-warning idea,organizational system and technical support.

Re-ranking of the retrieval results based on the user's interests has received wide attention in information retrieval.In order to build the knowledge base about user's interests,the proposed approach to access information was taken into consideration login details and click-through data.This paper automatically mapped Dmoz Open Directory Project topics to users' interests,categorized and personalized retrieval results according to user interests and re-ranking of the results was done based on user interests.This made it easy to find relevant document faster than normal search engines.Online experimental results showed that the proposed approach could be effectively used for improving the precision of user retrieval.

Through the research,the papar found that university library micro-blog has network community structure,blogger,fans and the object of concern form the three major associations of micro-blog group in the network.By analyzing the relationship among three communities,blogger is the structure hole of the whole network.Through the analysis of word frequency on micro-blog content,compared with keywords,the huge difference between the original number and the forwarding number is found.

E-government horizontal integration can improve the efficiency of government and the quality of service.To achieve the horizontal integration,this paper aimed to analyze the factors influencing e-government horizontal integration and put forward feasible policy suggestions according to these factors.The data are collected by questionnaire in Hubei province.The paper identitied four factors influencing horizontal integration by analyzing literature.These factors are the legal regulation,experience in general management,reforming authority,experience projects.By path analysis,the paper found that:four factors greatly affected two variables,namely,data integration and business and IT integration.Finally the factors affected horizontal integration through data and business and IT integration.

The knowledge activity scales were proposed to assess individual tacit knowledge and organizational knowledge in this study.The knowledge activities of knowledge workers were investigated from two aspects of individual and organization,and university librarians' experience data were also studied.This exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were carried out from the individual and organizational levels.The results show that there are six kinds of concepts at individual level and three kinds of concepts at organizational level.It shows a strong reliable and effective psychological acceptability from the aspects of individual and organization.This scale can reveal the librarian's intangible value of work,also demonstrate the creative inclination level of university library.
