Science data resource is an important support and basic security condition of the national science and technology innovation.In this paper, using agricultural scientific data as research object, Full life-cycle theory of scientific data resource was released, which included several stages of forming, access, services and quitting.Base on this theory, We present the basic principles of evaluation index selection and content framework of scientific data utilization efficiency evaluation in the aspect of management for science and technology resources.Through the perfect evaluation system and effective implementation programs, we are looking forward to improving scientific data utilization's normalization, impartiality and efficiency, enhancing the level of data integration and using and promoting the sustainable development of innovation ability.

High quality knowledge service provided by library is on the basis of user demand orientation, including object research, increase of users' engagement and tapping their potential demand during the knowledge service.With practical experience about knowledge service of some domestic university libraries, value co-creating system on knowledge service of future university library is presented based on the value co-creation theory.

To evaluate the online takeaway is quite different from the traditional catering system and it will influence people's consumption experience.To improve customer satisfaction of online takeaway, this study proposed a fuzzy evaluation model for online takeaway which is based on the analysis and factors perceived by the customers within an online takeaway environment.This paper is based on the model consisting four factors which have been proposed to explain the customer satisfaction for online takeaway which refers to the quality of food, price of item, service of firms and convenience of customer.The results indicate that quality of food factor is the most important to customer satisfaction.Besides, a case study of an online takeaway platform"ele.me"was used to investigate the feasibility of the model.According to the evaluated results, suggestions are being put forward to improve the customer satisfaction of online takeaway industry.

Perceived values in virtual community include practical value, emotional value, social value and altruistic value.Lock-in effect contains community identity and participation level, on the basis of available literatures, the model of the relationship among perceived value in virtual community and Lock-in effect is proposed.We designed a questionnaire and used SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 18.0 analyzed the collected data.We found that perceive value(practical valve, emotional value and social value)has significant positive influence effects on Lock-in effect, altruistic value has no significant positive influence effects on Lock-in effect.

Taking C9 alliance universities as samples, this paper carried on a quantitative analysis on the university-involved collaborative innovation with the carrier of co-inventive patents, using the methods of Social Network Analysis.The visualization network graph revealed the main characteristics and models of patent collaboration relationship.Then a typical case was studied to discuss the effective ways of collaborative innovations.The results showed that the university-derivative enterprises, peripheral enterprises and state-owned large scale enterprises are the three main partners of patent collaboration.Most cooperation activities are accidental and non-systematic ones, while the real strategic collaboration in a deep level is very scarce.In order to build a sustainable environment of collaborative innovation, universities and enterprises should play their respective roles in the innovation chain and explore the risk sharing mechanism of profit distribution.

Characteristic services of the university library is one of the important content in library development.To understand the real situation of the services, the paper evaluated the customer's perception through service quality investment.Taking the Guangdong Pharmaceutical University library as a sample, the paper developed a model to measure the user satisfaction for the characteristic service base on the LibQual+ model combining with Ridit analysis and product scaling method.The research proved that this method could identify the importance of different items from users accurately.

Subject service is the main organization form innovation activities of library service, the user use the main purpose is to obtain knowledge.In the basis of analysis on the connotation of knowledge acquisition, construction of library subject service, a user knowledge acquisition of library subject service theory model is buit.This model took the library subject service as independent variables, user knowledge acquisition as the dependent variable, to subject librarian and user knowledge integration, subject librarian and userinteraction as the intermediary variable in order to reveal the mechanism between the independent variables and the dependent variables.The results of the study showed that, subject service has a positive influence on user knowledge gets stronger, and mainly through theinfluence of subject librarians and users of knowledge integration, subject librarian and user interaction and influence of user knowledge acquisition, which will enhance the performance of the subject research methods in library service innovation to provide theoretical reference.

The effect of information retrieval and recommendation is relative to the similarity computation method.Taking hierarchy relationships and property relationships into account, this paper analyzed the influencing factors of path association similarity, hierarchy join association similarity and property join association similarity according to the characteristics of property sequence in ontology diagram model, and then proposed a similarity computation method between instances.Finally, this paper discussed the applications of this similarity computation method in solving overspecialization problem of content-based recommendation, sparsity problem of collaborative filtering recommendation and recall ratio and precision ratio problems of information retrieval.

Based on Citespace Ⅲ software, this paper did a visual analysis on the study of virtual community between 2004 and 2013 at home and abroad, about research time, classic literature and research focus and trend.The domestic data came from 249 articles in the database of Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index(CSSCI);the foreign data came from 401 articles in the database of SSCI in Web of science.Through visualization research of virtual communities, this paper presented future research prospects of virtual community and provided a theoretical reference for the study of virtual communities in the future.

In order to measure Taobao sellers credit rating credibility, this paper took the model accessories as the research object, collected relevant data variables, established econometric model based on statistical tools, to make the multiple linear regression analysis on the grade of goods seller credit evaluation.It was found that there were many defects in credit evaluation in Taobao sellers, and some proposed amendments were put forward.
