In order to understand the effect of online reviews on consumer purchase behavior, more than 400 Taobao shop online reviews were collected.Based on S-O-R model(Stimulus-Organism-Response Model), from a new perspective of consumer learning, this paper studied the influence on consumer purchase behavior according to online reviews of experience goods.Using SPSS 19.0 software for data analysis and assumptions, statistical results showed that the quantity of praise reviews, describing score, quantity of having picture reviews, quantity of appended reviews and total quantity of reviews have an effect on consumer purchase behavior.The quantity of neutral reviews and bad reviews, logistics and service score are not significant.Finally, the paper put forward suggestions and shortcomings.

In order to coordinate the conflicts between private ownership and public utilization of private information resources, the conception of public utilization of private information resources was defined in this paper.Then, the ideas of public utilization of private information resources were analyzed, a theoretical strategy axle model is established and the strategies were discussed in this paper.It was verified in this paper that public utilization of private information resources refers to the activities on sharing, processing and services of some valuable private information resources.It is carried out by some information organizations, at the conditions of national laws obeying, information owner rights protection, private and public relationship harmonizing, as well as aims for public behaves and social efficiency.According on the difference in content and utilization, the strategies for public utilization of private information resources could be classified as confidentiality control, manual consultation, information filter, information segmentation, information substitution, authority segmentation, and whole transferring.They could also be categorized into closure strategy, mixed strategy and open strategy.The conclusion of this paper was significant to social information resources integration in Big Data era.

LBS technology combined with group-buying is a kind of new way of consumption, how user acceptance is the issue that business concern.Based on TAM model, the paper constructed the theoretical model about elements which would affect users' willingness of accepting LBS group-buying.Based on context experiment, 360 valid questionnaires was empirically tested by using SPSS and structural equation modeling.The results showed that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have positive influence on user's willingness of accepting LBS group-buying;users' perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use would be influence by four dimensions as product, individual characteristics, contextual and website factors.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the influence of the information characteristics of opinion leaders on the communication effects of audience information.Particularly, this study examined how the opinion leader to the information attitude(Positive and Negative), the information expression way(Factual and Emotional) and the trust between the audience(Cognition-Based Trust and Affect-Based Trust) differences moderate the effects.The results showed that the effects on audience information communication effect were stronger when the information characteristic of opinion leaders was negative and emotional rather than positive and factual respectively.The effects of audience information communication was more influenced by the trust between the opinion leader and the audience was affect-based trust rather than for the cognition-based trust.Finally, the effect powers on information communication was influenced by interaction between information attitude and expression way as well as the interactions between information attitude and trust, and interactions between expression way and trust too.

In order to improve the working efficiency of the people which are occupied in scientific research and teaching of Chinese text categorization and considering about the research and development status of the text categorization system in China, a management platform of text categorization for the whole process, including pre-processing, feature selection, weighting calculation, automatic classification and classification evaluation were built.In the process of the development, based on the principle and method of system integration, the coding of ourselves and the ones of the related open source software were integrated.After testing, the system implemented the whole functions of automatic text categorization.

Online users' reviews are important for e-business website, and finding the topic of these reviews can help both websites and businesses pay close attention to users' feedbacks.Based on word segmentation, this paper separately used laplacian score(LS) and information gain(IG) to find text topic, and then support vector machine(SVM) method was used to verify the classification accuracy.The results showed that it is effective to select the text topic and the accuracy is related to the number of topic and the core function used.

Aiming at the problems of inaccurate concept expression of text vector and poor classification effect which is caused by sparse feature keywords in digital documents of books and journal articles etc, the paper proposed a classification method based on the features of semantic extension.Firstly, this method adopted TF-IDF method to filter keywords that have higher ability of digital text representation and TF-IDF value than other common features.Secondly, to build the low dimensionality and semantic conceptual vector space, it extended semantic concept of core features collections based on the Hownet semantic dictionary and knowledge base of Wikipedia.Finally, it realized digital document automatic classification by applying MaxEnt and SVM algorithms.The result showed that the proposed method can more effectively expend short text on semantics and improve the classification performance of digital document compared with traditional short text classification method based on characteristic selection.

For helping the users know fully the 3 Chinese full-text journal databases quality of CNKI, VIP and Wan Fang(WF) database, the paper used the combined methods with the literature survey and databases retrieval and comparative analysis in journals included, age limited, complete degree, papers downloaded degree, data processing efficiency and quality from non-technical factors.CNKI is better than VIP and WF in general and WF is better than VIP.Aiming at the quality problems of the databases, it is proposed that the service providers strengthen the quality construction of databases from the standard cataloging and the quality feedback and choose the CJFD of CNKI to improve the recall ratio for users, and form a data publishing group to improve the competitiveness for service providers.

As the largest online retail platform in the era of e-commerce, Taobao provides users with more and more goods and services, but it also has a series of problems such as information overload.In this view, the paper proposed a personalized clothing recommendation method based on commodities' attributes and users' clustering.According to user's personal information and his or her comment of the commodity, the paper could calculate the similarities between users, then divide them into different clusters.Meanwhile, the paper described the commodity as a set of attributes and calculate similarities of the products.Then the paper got a list of top-N similar products.With the weights of commodity's similarities and user comments, it provided users with personalized commodity recommendations, solving the problem of information overload.It's aimed to save energy, improve the user's shopping experience.Take the example of one Taobao shop, empirical research is carried out by collecting the actual data to evaluate the precision of hybrid recommendation algorithm.And the results were not bad.

Based on the technology acceptance model(TAM) as the foundation, according to the function of social mobile phone APPs, the network externality, software design characteristics, perceived entertainment and perceived risk, adding them to the user behavior model, and modify the TAM model.By self-designed questionnaire, taking 25-39 years old young people for social mobile APPs using behavior survey, using SPSS19.0, AMOS21.0 to validate modified TAM model.The empirical results showed that network externality, software design characteristics, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness have significant positive influence on user behavior, while perceived entertainment, perceived risk, have no significant influence on user behavior.
