Based on the brief review the current and history of developed Specialized Education of Competitive Intelligence(SECI)in colleges and universities in China, this article discussed on three problems and gaps of SECI and qualified demand in society that were universal existed between developed countries and China, and it also fixed out three countermeasures including transforming and upgrading of national economy development;adjusting the objective and specialized direction of SECI in China;building "specialized-modularity" teaching model of SECI to adapt to socialist market economy development.

Subject service is the inevitable outcome of the impact on search engines such as Google, Badu on library, and key choice and breakaway to the library out of the crisis.Through the theory and practice of discipline at home and abroad, based on the current situation and the plight of the Library services, the paper concluded that it is an urgent need to build the top-level design beyond the efforts of the various parties to solve the puzzle of today's subject service.On this basis, combined with the "2011 Plan" collaborative philosophy, from the macro, meso and micro, senior, middle and bottom design vision, a top-down design of Subject service with "vertical programming, horizontal coordination" is built, in order to looking for the speedy road on exploring the subject service.

The paper, based on bibliometric main method H-type index of modifications and improvements, from the perspective of the property subject to the statistical analysis of University Library Circulation data, applied in Tianjin university library by improved h-type index computing core books, compared the h-index greatly improves the discrimination, helping students targeted core content knowledge and understanding of science, but also for the future conduct of Library Information Service to provide useful information and reference.

With the development of social media, social commerce as a derivative mode of e-commerce gradually becomes the focus of academia and industry.In this context, this paper reviewed and summarized the domestic and foreign research literature on social commerce.The results indicated that:related research of social commerce from the basic connotation of the definition, mode evolution, to the behavior mechanism and influencing factors, has basically formed a theoretical framework for social commerce;future research will focus on social commerce features, social commerce network behavior and other aspects.

Network Anti-corruption has become a hot spot in the current society.However, there are few articles about the Network Anti-corruption public opinion evolution and propagation rule.This paper research network anti-corruption from the perspective of public opinion evolution and propagation, firstly use the dynamic field theory to analysis the behavior mechanism internet users participate in Network Anti-corruption and establish the simulation model, secondly use Netlogo platform for simulation, and finally further verify the model conclusion according to the Baidu index.The results not only reveal that the government behavior is how to affect the evolution of the Network Anti-corruption public opinion, but also conclude that when government intervene in public opinion to greatly enhance the enthusiasm of the people to participate in the Network Anti-corruption.This paper provides a new direction for the future research of Network Anti-corruption, and also to explore new areas of public opinion research.

Understanding the diff erence of rumor making/spreading and disproving of male and female helps making targeted measures to dispel rumors in social media. Based on dataset of rumors from Sina Weibo, this study combined a Chi-square test with topic analysis (via Latent Dirichlet Allocation) to examine the diff erence and inherent mechanism of rumor making/spreading and disproving of male and female users. The main findings were as followings: the rate of rumor making/spreading in female users was significantly more than the rate of rumor making/spreading in male users; While, the rate of rumor disproving in male users was signifi cantly more than the rate of rumor disproving in female users (x²=169.426, P<0.001). Both female and male users concern topics of international relation. However, there were still diff erences between female and male users. Themain topics of female users make/spread and disprove were society safety, food/medicine safety and emergency, while male's was international relation. Several suggestions were provided for social media operators to dispel rumors.

[Purpose/Significance] This research aims to introduce emotional factor into the basis of online public opinion heat prediction to optimize the research of online public opinion heat prediction for public health emergencies.[Method/Process] Based on the current research status,this paper proposed a prediction model of online opinion heat for public health emergencies based on sentiment analysis.Taking the "×××vaccine fraud" event as an example,the model simulation was carried out.After the data was preprocessed,multivariate time series analysis was used to realize the prediction of online public opinion heat.[Results/Conclusions] Model simulation results showed online public opinion heat prediction model with sentiment value added after 5 days had the best effect,its RMSE was 223.089 and MAPE was 0.150.Online public opinion heat prediction model with sentiment value was better than online public opinion heat prediction model without sentiment value.Introducing emotional factorinto online public opinion heat prediction for public health emergencies can significantly improve its prediction effect.

In view of the fact that methods of competitive intelligence system evaluation do not reflect characteristics of big data,characteristics of competitive intelligence system based on big data are summed up according to three changes of thinking pattern made by big data.Then,the train of evaluation thought of competitive intelligence system based on big data is put forward according to the constitution of the competitive intelligence system.Furthermore,the evaluation index system of the competitive intelligence system based on big data,including function index,technique index and the user index,is established from the views of the strategic security,operation status and user experience.Finally,methods to measure the quantitative and qualitative index are discussed briefly.The proposed evaluation index system has characteristics of multi-level and multi perspective,which can provide references for the construction of competitive intelligence system based on big data.

This paper introduced general situations of several domestic union catalogue center,analysed the book download rate,and provided the basis for the combined catalogue center selection.

The non-book resource(NBR)is becoming an important literature carrier and information resource of the university library,and its management is one of important aspects in library management.The disk attached to book was used as the sample to study NBR management modes and NBR management performance analysis in this paper.Management modes and reader's usage modes were systemically analyzed.One-factor analysis and multi-factor analysis of Chi square test were used for NBR performance analysis.The results showed that NBR management modes had great effects on reader's usage modes.Readers tended to get information on line,while network management mode was more effective.Chi square test could be used as an effective method for NBR management performance analysis.

Based on the high school library evaluation indicators and the theory of the set pair analysis and an examper of Zhejiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower College(ZJWCHC)library evaluation.the mathematical model of library automation and digitization document resources construction evaluation was established.There are 3 level-one in the evaluation indicators and 10 second-level's were selected,the connection degree and evaluation indicators Matrixs were calculated.As a example,17 investigation records from Zhejiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower College library consultants were selected and used,the calculation value of evaluation indicator was 0.9023,the correspongding grade was excellence,some problems were also analyzed.

The paper studied the features and efficiency of information dissemination of micro-blog and WeChat platforms of universities.Starting with information services of micro-blog and WeChat platforms of 985 Universities,the paper constructed the efficiency index system of social network information dissemination based on three dimensions including time,content and behavior.Then,the paper compared and analyzed the similarities and differences of dissemination features and efficiency between the two platforms.Besides,the article further divided the subjects into thirteen categories such as school information,campus activity,ideological propaganda,entertainment,leisure and interactive communication.Meanwhile,the paper explored and analyzed the relation between the subjects and information dissemination effects.The research result showed that there were differences in the time distribution of delivery between the two platforms.In terms of dissemination features,the number of articles and followers of micro-blog were higher than WeChat,but the dissemination efficiency of WeChat was better than micro-blog.In addition,subjects in these two platforms were complementary,there were significant differences in the information dissemination effect between different subjects.
